Early this morning (July 10), the Sedalia Police STING Unit, along with detectives, patrol officers and a K9 Unit with the Sedalia Police arrested Bobby Don Johnson, Heather Miller and Ronnie Brewer after executing a no-knock, narcotics-related search warrant at 1101 South Kentucky Avenue.

Sedalia Police found methamphetamine, marijuana, controlled/scheduled prescription medications, drug packaging supplies, drug paraphernalia and a .22 caliber pistol in the home. The K9 Unit also found a narcotic odor in the house. The investigation revealed that methamphetamine was being distributed from the home.

There were seven people detained in the home, but Johnson, Miller and Brewer were the only ones arrested. 34-year-old Johnson faces charges of possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of meth, controlled/scheduled prescription medications, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, felon in possession of a firearm and receiving stolen property; 35-year-old Miller faces one charge of possesion of controlled/scheduled prescription medications; and Brewer was found to have an failure to appear warrant from Pettis County on an original charge of fraud, bond set at $2,500.
