Sedalia Woman Arrested on Drug Charges After SPD Conducts ‘No-knock Search’ Warrant
On August 25th, 2017, at approximately 0555 hours, detectives with the drug enforcement unit, criminal investigations bureau and patrol officers responded to 1100 East 15th Street, to serve a no-knock, drug-related search warrant.
At the residence, entry was forced through the back door, where officers made contact with numerous subjects inside. Officers detained four adult subjects without incident. Three juveniles were also present in the home at the time of the warrant.
Officers with the K9 Unit deployed K9 “Charlie”, where he alerted to the presence of illegal drugs in various places throughout the residence. A detailed search of the residence revealed methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription pills and various items of drug paraphernalia.
The investigation further revealed a female subject was distributing methamphetamine from the residence. The female suspect was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was placed on a 24 hour hold.

-1st Degree Drug Trafficking (methamphetamine)
-Possession Of A Controlled Substance (methamphetamine)
-Possession Of A Controlled Substance (Alprazolam)
-Possession Of A Controlled Substance (Acetaminophen/Codeine)
-Possession Of A Controlled Substance (Acetaminophen/Hydrocodone)
-1st Degree Endangering The Welfare Of A Child
-Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
