Sedalia Woman Injured After Sliding Off Quisenberry

A Sedalia woman suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident that occurred in Pettis County at 6:30 Christmas morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 24-year-old Cassandra L. Eckhoff was the driver of a northbound 2000 Chevy Mailbu on Quisenberry Road, one tenth of a mile south of Palmer Road when the vehicle struck ice and ran off the right side of the roadway and hit a tree stump.

Eckhoff was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center by private vehicle. She was not wearing a safety device, according to the report.

The Chevy totaled and left at the scene.
