Sedalia Wreck Injures One Driver

A 42-year old woman from Lanagan, MO was injured in a Sedalia vehicle collision Tuesday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at approximately 7:30, on Highway 65 at N. Grand Ave.

According to the online crash report, a 2007 Dodge pulled into the path of a 1999 Honda, causing the Honda to strike the Dodge on the passenger side.

The driver of the Dodge, Jeannie M. Laffiteau, of Lanagan, MO, suffered minor injuries in the wreck. She was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center, by PCAD, for treatment.

The report indicates the driver of the Honda, 17-year old Mario A. Ventura, of Sedalia, was not injured.

Sedalia Police assisted the Highway Patrol at the scene.
