West Central Missouri has had a hodge podge of severe weather in some parts this morning, fog in others and cloudy conditions for most of the day. However, this evening could bring some severe weather, according to Sedalia/Pettis County EMA Director David Clippert.

Pettis County is right on the edge of a Slight Risk for severe weather tonight. I’m not expecting much, but it is not out of the question that we may see lots of lightening, high winds a some hail. The tornado risk is very low. If we do get storms tonight it will most likely be after 9 pm.
