Sacred Heart took home the Championship title at the 2017 Central Region Envirothon competition on Wednesday, April 12.

The team took first in five out of six events among schools of all sizes, including Oral Presentation, Aquatics Resource Concern, Forestry Resource Concern, Wildlife Resource Concern, and Current Event Resource Concern.

The team (PICTURED left to right) of Sadie Rollings, Rachel Ulbrich, Emma Rollings, Adrianna Belles and Abby Smeltzer, will compete in the State Envirothon competition April 26.

The team is coached by high school science teacher Barb Hagebusch.
