The St. Louis Cardinals were scheduled to take on the Chicago Cubs tonight, but the game was postponed earlier today (April 7) with forecasts calling for rain and sub-freezing wind chills.

Major League Baseball has not announced a makeup date for this game in Chicago.

The St. Louis Cardinals did announce they would push back each starter one game.

Lance Lynn will start Wednesday's game at Wrigley Field, while John Lackey, Michael Wacha and Carlos Martinez will pitch during the upcoming weekend series in Cincinnati. The home opener against the Brewers on Monday, which had initially been scheduled as Lynn's day to pitch, will now go to Adam Wainwright.

Newstalk 1050 KSIS will air the St. Louis Cardinals game with a 1:20 p.m. first pitch.
