In news that will surprise absolutely no one, Florida is pretty fun. But not as fun as Las Vegas. Vegas has landed at No. 1 on the list of 2016's Most Fun Cities, just ahead of Orlando and Miami. You might be surprised, though, at just how fun St. Louis is.

According to WalletHub, St. Louis finished at No. 9 on the list, and was the second highest ranking city in the Midwest. Cincinnati came in at No. 6.

"To help Americans find the cities with the greatest number and variety of fun yet cost-effective options, WalletHub’s number crunchers compared the 150 largest U.S. cities based on 51 key metrics," said WalletHub. "They range from 'number of fitness centers per capita' to 'movie costs' to 'average open hours of breweries.'"

Kansas City and Springfield also made the list, Springfield at No. 28 and Kansas City at No. 31.

Looking over the map, it was noteworthy that there were no cities at all listed for Wyoming, North Dakota, Montana, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine or West Virginia.
