ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay is seeking a special committee to consider whether the city's Confederate Memorial should be moved out of Forest Park. The memorial honoring soldiers and sailors of the Confederate states has stood in the park for a century. Some say it is offensive. Others say it's a nod to history.
