ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis authorities are urging witnesses to come forward in hopes of identifying a hit-and-run driver who killed a bicyclist a year ago. Richard Beard was riding his bike in June 2014 when he was struck at an intersection. Police recovered the car that struck him, but have not found the driver. Authorities say witnesses have refused to cooperate, and the car's owner also won't talk.
