Around 2 a.m. on Tuesday, detectives with the STING Unit and officers with the Sedalia Police Department served a drug-related search warrant at 1817 South Barrett Avenue. A press release states that entry was forced, but the house was unoccupied at the time the warrant was executed.

A search of the residence revealed marijuana, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and drug packaging supplies. Additional evidence was found that indicated marijuana was being distributed from the residence.

Charges of distribution of a controlled substance within 2000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia are being sought on the suspect, 27-year-old Justin D. Woolery. At the time the press release was issued, Woolery was at large and being sought by Sedalia Police.
