Sedalia STING Unit Conducts Meth Bust on South Osage

According to a press release from the Sedalia Police Department, the Sedalia Police Department STING unit served a search warrant at 606 S. Osage Sedalia Missouri at approximately 5:06 a.m. this morning (May 9) along with other officers and agencies including the Missouri Highway Patrol, Pettis County Sheriff and Johnson County Sheriff. Upon arrival, the occupants of the residence were secured. A search of the residence revealed approximately one pound of methamphetamine, $18,572.00 in cash, a handgun and drug packaging supplies.

On Saturday morning at approximately 5:30 a.m., Clinton Police were dispatched to the Golden Valley Hospital Emergency Room in reference to a subject who had been a victim of assault.
