Murder Suspects Arraigned in Whitworth Case, Ziyad T. Abid Denied Bond
September 6, 2012 Reginald Singletary and Ziyad T. Abid of Warrensburg were arraigned in Johnson County Associate Circuit Court this afternoon on first degree murder and armed criminal action charges in connection with the shooting of William “Blaine” Whitworth in Warrensburg on September 2. While bond on Singletary, age 27, was continued at $1 million, bond on Abid has been denied. The 24-year-old Abid will be held without bond.
