June 1, 2012 Sedalia Police are investigating more than car windows being shattered, as now it has progressed to homes according to reports. A man in the 2500 Block of East 9th reported to Sedalia Police that someone shot out the outer glass of the double pained window of his home was shot out either Wednesday night or Thursday morning

May 31, 2012 Yesterday afternoon, the Sedalia Fire Department and APSI were dispatched to 706 East 4th Street for a possible fall/heart attack. When emergency services arrived, they found 76-year-old Betty Dawson, pinned beneath a 2003 gray Dodge pickup and requested the Police Department's assistance
