STEUBENVILLE, Ohio (AP) — A school superintendent and three more people have been charged by a grand jury that investigated whether other laws were broken in the rape of a 16-year-old West Virginia girl last year in eastern Ohio.
David M. Ketchmark, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, announced today that 10 Kansas City, Mo., area men have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their roles in a conspiracy to steal nearly $1 million worth of trucks and trailers and their cargo.
