Each of them have there own unique styles. Some of the Chinese restaurants are known for their buffets, some are known for their hibachi style and others are known for sushi. One of my favorite buffets closed down officially a week or two ago, and Joyous Chinese Buffet put up a sign over the weekend saying that they are moving into Asia Hibachi at 1975 West Broadway.
