Today (April 8) marks the annual return of baseball to St. Louis as the Cardinals take on the Cincinnati Reds in a 3:15 p.m. game. Opening Day 2013 will feature a pre-game ceremony that will pay tribute to Stan Musial. The first day of the 110th Missouri State Fair began today with speeches and music from the Marshall Municipal Band in front of the Fire Station on the North Side of the Fairgrounds. A large crowd endured the heat, as Mark Wolfe, the Missouri State Fair Director lead off with a speech that recognized the success and longevity of the fair.

The 110th Missouri State Fair is officially here. Each day there are different activities planned through the day and we hope you enjoy some of the activities. As of right now, the Pepsi Grandstand shows have not sold out, so you can get tickets at the Pepsi Grandstand Box Office during the course of the Missouri State Fair.
