Why Can’t Sedalia’s Electronic Billboards Show the Same Time? [OPINION]

I'm a person who can be a bit of a stickler for punctuality.  It's always annoyed me when people show up "fashionably late" or if they show up an hour early to something.  It just seems to me that if you're going to set an appointed time for something, why not actually show up at that time?  But then, driving through Sedalia, I wonder if it's a pandemic in our area
