UCM Mules Secure Their First Win of the 2013 Season

The Central Missouri Mules shut out Lindenwood in the second half and turned a close game into a runaway as they won their first game of the season, 47-28, on Saturday afternoon (Sept. 21) at Walton Stadium/Kennedy Field. The Mules trailed 28-26 at halftime, but outscored the Lions 21-0 in the second half.

The University of Central Missouri Family Weekend is here.  Some events will cause road closures in the downtown area of Warrensburg.

Road Closures:

Holden Street will be closed from East Market to the Justice Center from 6:00pm Friday, September 20th to 3:00pm Sunday, September 22nd.

In addition, the closure of Holden Street will expand

President Barack Obama Visits University of Central Missouri [PHOTOS]

President Barack Obama came to UCM in Warrensburg today (July 24) to discuss the merits of the Missouri Innovation Campus program, an agreement between Lee's Summit R-7 School District, Metropolitan Community College and UCM that allows students to graduate with a 4-year degree, two years after college with no student debt and sets them up on a career path with valuable experience.  Obama also spoke about how education can help fuel the economy and concentrating on helping students entering into college and going through it.
