Thomas Lloyd Mackey Jr.,22

Thomas Lloyd Mackey, Jr., 22 of Sedalia passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2014 at his home.  He was born on March 13, 1992 in Sioux City, IA, a son of Thomas Lloyd Mackey, Sr., who survives of Sioux City, IA and Susan Marie (French) Mackey, who survives of Sedalia.

Thomas was known as a "computer wiz". He enjoyed collecting video games and firearms, but received the greatest enjoyment from life through opportunities when he could show compassion and love for others.

He is also survived by his stepdad, Larry Koeller of Sedalia; maternal grandfather, Timothy Parker of Stover; adopted grandmother, Sharon Cantrell of Sedalia; three nephews, Aiden, Kale and Eamon Mackey.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Nancy Parker and Robert French; great grandparents, Robert and Marcella Munhofen; paternal grandparents, Harold Mackey, Sr. and Florence Gustavson.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, August 15, 2014 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia with Pastor Dan Hankins officiating.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.

Honorary bearers will be Dustin and Tiffany Koeller, Christopher LeClair, Jack Jasman.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
