A 37-year-old Lebanon man was arrested on a variety of charges following an April 26 accident on Highway 32 in Laclede County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says four people suffered serious injuries, and three of them were air lifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, after a head-on collision around 9:20 p.m. The driver of one of the vehicles, 37-year-old Nicholas R. Crowe, was arrested on a felony charge of DWI causing serious physical injury, felony 2nd degree assault, driving while suspended, and other charges. Crowe was one of the four that suffered serious injuries. He was transported by EMS to Mercy Hospital for treatment.
