Two Teens Injured in Morgan County Accident

Two teenagers from Eldon were injured in a one-vehicle accident on June 11 in Morgan County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Jasmine R. Ketchum was driving a 2005 Mazda Tribute that crossed the center line of Brendell Blvd. at Sioux Dr. around 11:45 p.m. After over-correcting, the vehicle left the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned. Ketchum and a passenger, 18-year-old Alley C. Morgan, were both transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital with moderate injuries.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report indicates Ketchum and Morgan were not wearing safety devices. The Mazda was totaled in the accident.
