Two Warsaw Residents Injured in Weekend Rollover Wreck

Two Warsaw residents were injured Sunday afternoon after their vehicle overturned in Benton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at approximately 3:15, on Poor Boy Road south of Route M.

According to the online crash report, a 1996 GMC began to slide on the roadway. The GMC then traveled off the road, overturned and struck a ditch, coming to rest on the passenger side.

The driver, 36-year old Amanda M. Cooper suffered moderate injuries, while a passenger, 15-year old Megan M. Cooper, received minor injuries. Both reportedly declined medical treatment.

The GMC sustained extensive damage and was towed.
