Three Warsaw teenagers were involved in a one-vehicle accident around 10:40 p.m. on June 25 in Benton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a Ford Fusion left the roadway on Highway MM, became airborne, overturned, struck a metal pole, then traveled down an embankment and came to rest on its top in a grove of trees.

The driver, 18-year-old Isaiah Kahler, and a passenger, 16-year-old Trevor Henderson, were taken to Bothwell Regional Medical Center for the treatment of moderate injuries. Another passenger, 16-year-old Jesse Barckley, suffered no apparent injuries.

All three in the vehicle were wearing safety device, according to the Patrol. The Ford Fusion was totaled and towed from the scene.
