The Spring 2015 Integrative Business Experience (IBE) class at the University of Central Missouri (UCM) has designed a legacy mug to help raise money for the Blaine Whitworth Fund.

IBE students usually do a great JOB coming out with cool products that current students and alumni can enjoy. This year's legacy mug is especially cool. It includes logos going back to 1922. It has the new UCM, the CMSU, and our old CMSC logs. It really is neat, and shows a lot of history. Not only am I a UCM alumnus, but I was born and raised in Warrensburg. It is cool to see the history of my town and university in one product. But, there is something making me even more proud.

This IBE class has chosen the Blaine Whithworth Fund as their charity. As a one of Blaine's former employees and friend, I am happy to see his memory live on in Warrensburg and at UCM. Blaine Whitworth was tragically murdered in 2012. It was a night I will never forget. He was a great person, boss, and friend. Friends and family of Blaine set up the Blaine Whitworh fund in his memory.

The fund is based in Warrensburg, Missouri. It focuses on providing assistance to those in need, funding high school and college scholarships, funding youth recreation sports and activities, and also supporting local entrepreneurship. If you knew Blaine, he stood for all of this. The fund's annual Go Big or Go Home Race will be April 18 in downtown Warrensburg.

In the end I just really miss a good guy. I am proud of the product and charity this year's IBE class has chosen. Click the button below to get your Legacy Mug and help the Blaine Whitworth Fund.
