Join KMOS-TV for two new specials about the Atomic Bomb

Tonight at 7:00 KMOS-TV presents The Bomb in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the detonation of the atomic bomb. See how America developed the most destructive invention in human history - the nuclear bomb - how it changed the world and how it continues to loom large in our lives. Hear from historians and those who experienced the dawn of the atomic age.

After The Bomb, stay tuned and join physicist Dr. Derek Muller to unlock the mysteries of uranium, one of the Earth's most controversial elements in Uranium: Twisting the Dragon's Tail. Uranium has brought hope, progress and destruction; revolutionized society, from medicine to warfare; and profoundly shaped the past. That’s tonight at 9 p.m. on KMOS-TV.
