Joint pain is the major complaint of millions of individuals who suffer from arthritis, who’ve injured themselves or who perform jobs that require some form of repetitive action. All joint pain sufferers share a common observation: the real pain of joint pain is that it is unrelenting. According to yoga expert Peggy Cappy, yoga can be a great first line of defense. In this new program on KMOS-TV, she demonstrates how yoga can increase flexibility, reduce joint and muscular aches and pains and even combat fatigue. The Mules Golf team, fresh off their third place finish, placed three players on the Division II PING All-Central Region Team as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) on Tuesday night.

Junior Travis Mays and seniors Sam Migdal and Cy Moritz were all named to the 13-player All-Central Region Team. Mays was the MIAA Player of the Year for the second straight season. He led the Mules with a 73.3 stroke average in 12 events. He had eight top 10 finishes, four top-fives and a tournament title.
