According to Pettis County EMA Director Dave Clippert, Pettis County is in a Slight Risk for severe weather today. Pettis is marked on the map with a red star. Timing looks as if it could happen anywhere between 6 PM to 11 PM tonight.

Tornado Risk: 2% risk of an isolated tornado, low but still a risk

Hail: 15% chance of large hail. In this case about ping pong ball size or about 1.5 inches

Wind: 15% chance of high winds that could reach up to 75 MPH

This is a good day to keep an eye on the weather. If you have outside activities this evening pay close attention to rapidly changing weather conditions.
