Versailles Man Moderately Injured in Two-truck Crash in Morgan County

A 65-year-old Versailles man suffered moderate injuries Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle wreck that occurred in Morgan County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Brady O. Shoemaker was the driver of an eastbound 2011 GMC Canyon pickup on Route D, at Route BB, when he allegedly pulled into the path of a southbound 2007 Chevy Colorado pickup driven by 57-year-old Stephen P. Lehman of Versailles, striking the Chevy in the driver's door.

Shoemaker suffered moderate injuries and was transported by EMS to Lakeside Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. Both drivers were wearing a safety device, according to the report.

Both trucks were totaled.
