Vietnam Vet Buried 45-years After Death

CENTRALIA, Mo. (AP) — A Missouri soldier has been buried more than four decades after he died in an Army helicopter crash in Southeast Asia. The Columbia Missourian reports that a memorial was held Saturday in Centralia for Rodney Griffin. The Centralia man was 21 in 1970 when his helicopter was shot down inside Cambodia during the Vietnam War.
