Sedalia is know to have its fair share of Chinese restaurants. Each of them have there own unique styles. Some of the Chinese restaurants are known for their buffets, some are known for their hibachi style and others are known for sushi. One of my favorite buffets closed down officially a week or two ago, and Joyous Chinese Buffet put up a sign over the weekend saying that they are moving into Asia Hibachi at 1975 West Broadway.

My initial reaction was that I was sad to see it go, but now I am happy to see that they are going to still be around since I love their Pineapple Chicken. It was one of their more unique items on the menu that other Chinese places don't have in Sedalia on their buffet. I think I have a couple of favorites at each Chinese place in town, General Tso's chicken, beef and broccoli, Moo Shu combination and crab ragoon. Those are the first things I usually go for on any Chinese buffet.

I think all this talking about food has got me thinking: what is your favorite Chinese place in town? While you're thinking about it, I'm going to scarf down some crab ragoon and dumplings.
