William Clayton Milligan, 90, of Cole Camp, died Thursday, January 3, 2013, at Bothwell Regional Health Center, Sedalia.  He was born on April 14, 1922, at Buckner, Missouri, a son of Alva J. and Rosa A. (Hamilton) Milligan.  He was a life-long truck driver, traveled to area gun shows, and enjoyed raising cows.  He loved blue grass music and attended the Blue Grass Festival near Clinton every year.   He is survived by: three daughters, Wynona E. France of Oak Grove, Debra L. Clemmons of Independence, and Sharon K. Reynolds of Peculiar; five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Rosa Lee Houston, Norma Hamilton and Barbara N. Ricker,  four brothers, Elwood E. Milligan, Glen Owen Milligan, A. J. Milligan, and Jim Milligan, and a grandson, Tim Clemmons.  Committal services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at Memorial Cemetery, rural Cole Camp. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Tuesday at the Fox Funeral Home in Cole Camp.
