Windsor Resident Injured in Vehicle Rollover
A 27-year old Windsor man was injured Wednesday night after his vehicle overturned in Henry County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at approximately 10:30 on MO-52 east of NE 801 Road.
According to an online crash report, a 2002 Saturn Vue traveled off the right side of the road. The driver then over-corrected, causing the vehicle to travel off the left side. The Saturn hit an embankment, then overturned and struck a telephone pole.
The driver, William J. Beasley, suffered minor injuries in the wreck. Beasley was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving involving a crash, failure to register a motor vehicle, and on a misdemeanor warrant from Moniteau County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Beasley was taken was transported to the Henry County Jail.
