Zula May Marlin, 82

Zula May Marlin age 82 formerly of Sedalia, Missouri died on April 29, 2013 at the Country Club Care Center, Warrensburg, Mo.

She was born on May 27, 1930 in Sedalia, Missouri daughter of William and Zula (McMullin) Dilthey.  She was married on August 6, 1950 in Sedalia to J. W. Marlin and he survives.  Zula graduated from Pilot Grove High School.

She worked at the Public Finance, Industrial Savings & Loan, Sedalia Credit Reporting Services and other financial institutions.  She was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Nelson, Missouri.  She loved the time spent with her family and friends.

Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters; Brenda Blevins of Warrensburg, Misssouri and Janice Huffman of Vienna, Virginia,  one brother, Charles Byron Dilthey of Knob Noster, Missouri, four grandchildren, Johnathan Blevins, Christina Blevins, Brittany Huffman, Nicole Huffman.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home, Sedalia, Missouri with Pastor Jerry Basye officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia, Missouri.  The family suggests memorials to Hopewell Baptist Church or Johnson County Hospice.
