2 Sedalia Residents Involved in Wednesday Morning Wreck
Two Sedalia residents suffered minor injuries Wednesday morning when their car was struck in the rear.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident just after 8:00, on Highway 50 just east of Rissler Road in Pettis County.
According to the online crash report, a 2008 Toyota Yaris was slowing in traffic, when it was struck in the rear by a 1995 Freightliner.
The driver of the Toyota, 82-year old Billie A. Shuler, and a passenger, 81-year old Ronald L. Schuler, both received minor injuries in the accident. The report indicates that both refused medical treatment at the scene.
The driver of the Freightliner, 18-year old Grant M. Hale, of Henley, MO, was not injured.
The Toyota was totaled in the accident.
