A 64-year old Sedalia man was taken to a Columbia Hospital after suffering minor injuries in a vehicle wreck Wednesday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck around 10:30, on Highway 65 south of Ryan Road.

According to the online crash report, a 1995 Lincoln attempted to overtake a 2017 Chevrolet, striking it in the rear. The Chevy came to a stop on the shoulder of the road, while the Lincoln reportedly traveled off the road, down an embankment and striking the ground.

The driver of the Lincoln, Larry R. Milks, suffered minor injuries in the wreck. He was taken to the University of Missouri Hospital, by PCAD, for treatment.

The driver of the Chevy, 44-year old Nichole D. Wade, of Calhoun, was reportedly uninjured.
