33-year-old Sedalia man arrested for stealing at Menards

At 4:13 Wednesday afternoon Sedalia Police were called by a subject who had witnessed a suspect who reportedly stole items from Menards, and followed him to a business on West Main. The Sedalia Police reportedly made contact with the suspect identified as 33-year-old Troy D. Fogerty of Sedalia outside that business, and following an investigation arrested him on a stealing charge. The police report states that a large amount of property belonging to Menards was recovered. At the time of the police report Fogerty was on 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail pending stealing charges.

Traffic stop for equipment failure leads to passenger’s arrest

Around 1:15am Friday Afternoon Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle at Broadway and Marvin for no license plate light. A check on the occupants revealed a passenger, 27-year-old Devin S. Hughes of Sedalia had a Pettis County Warrant for a probation violation. Bond on the warrant was $1500 surety, or $350 cash.

25-yera-old man arrested for trespassing Sunday night

Just before 7:30 Sunday night Sedalia Police were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of East 12th on a burglary attempt. Upon arrival officers made contact with the victims and the suspect, 25-year-old Garrett C. Green of Sedalia. According to the victims Green had tried to break into the basement through the basement door. Green was arrested and transported to the Pettis County jail where he was placed on 24-hour hold pending trespass charges.

Cole Camp man arrested for stealing at Walmart Wednesday night

At 8:24 Wednesday night Sedalia Police arrested 24-year-old Michael Anthony High-Frump of Cole Camp at the Walmart Store. The police report states High-Frump was taken to the Pettis County jail and placed on 24-hour hold pending charges of stealing, and resisting arrest.

Cole Camp woman arrested for stealing at the Walmart Store

According to a Sedalia Police report Just before 2pm Sunday afternoon Sedalia Police arrested 47-year-old Lori A. Roark of Cole Camp was arrested at the Walmart Store for stealing. She was booked and released at the Pettis County Jail pending state charges.

Woman arrested in the Bothwell Regional Health Center Parking lot Sunday night

At 10pm Sunday night Sedalia Police arrested 33-year-old Lachelle R. Flores of Sedalia during a disturbance call to the parking lot of the Bothwell regional Health Center. The police report states Flores was taken to the Pettis County jail pending a $250 cash only bond on the warrant.

Sedalia man arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Sedalia

Around 9:25 Sunday night Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle in the 2600 block of West 16th for no license plates. A subsequent check on the driver, 35-year-old Brad A. Adams of Sedalia found he had a municipal warrant out of Sedalia for illegal parking with a $50 cash only bond.
