Afternoon: Sedalia Police Crime Reports For Tuesday October 27, 2015
Brother reportedly hits his sister with brass knuckles Sunday night
At 8:39pm Sunday night Sedalia Police were dispatched to a domestic disturbance between a brother and sister in the 800 block of West 14th. Upon arrival officers reported were told that 30-year-old Richard L. Davis of Sedalia had struck the female victim in the face with brass knuckled. The report also states the victim retaliated by hitting Davis in the head with a wooden staff. Davis was taken to the Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment, and then was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending state charges.
Baggy with pills turned into the police Sunday afternoon
According to a Sedalia Police report a man turned in a baggy with two kinds of pills in it. The man said the baggy was found at 12:30 Sunday near the Broadway Presbyterian Church. The police report states it was placed in found property awaiting destruction.
