Area MSHP Arrests for October 5, 2020

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 53-year-old Abeli M. Monroy of Marshall at 11:38 p.m. Sunday in Cooper County. She was charged with DWI persistent offender, and taken to the Cooper County Detention Center.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old Jason B. Robertson of Warsaw at 6 p.m. Sunday in Benton County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was also wanted on Benton County warrants. Robertson was taken to the Benton County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 21-year-old Cheyenne L. Morris of Sedalia at 4:58 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. She was arrested for DWI-drugs, no valid driver's license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Morris was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old Gary A. Black of Warsaw at 12:35 p.m. Sunday in Benton County. He was wanted on a felony Benton County warrant. Black was taken to the Benton County Jail with no bond.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 57-year-old Charles E. Reed of Warrensburg at 12:07 a.m. Sunday in Johnson County. He was charged with DWI and Failure to Yield the Right of Way. Reed was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 29-year-old Mikhail P. Dikhtyar of Sedalia at 8:50 a.m. Saturday in Miller County. He was wanted on a misdemeanor warrant out of Jefferson City on an original charge of speed. Dikhtyar was taken to the Miller County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26-year-old Rodrigo Quetzecua Marco of Sedalia at 1:13 a.m. Saturday in Pettis County. He was charged with felony driving while revoked and also wanted on a felony Pettis County warrant. Marco was taken to the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 22-year-old Joram A. Perez-Rivas of Marshall at 1:02 a.m. Saturday in Saline County. He was wanted on a misdemeanor Pettis County warrant for aggravated assault. Perez-Rivas was taken to the Saline County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26-year-old Shelby D. Cockriel of Warsaw at 9:41 p.m. Friday in Benton County. She was charged with distribution of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Cockriel was taken to the Benton County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 31-year-old Jason E. Wilkinson of Warsaw at 9:41 p.m. Friday in Benton County. He was charged with distribution of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Wilkinson was taken to the Benton County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old Chelsea L. Ousley of Warrensburg at 9:41 p.m. Friday in Pettis County. She was wanted on a felony warrant out of Johnson County. Ousley was taken to the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Ali Bankovich of Sedalia at 11:40 p.m. Thursday in Pettis County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive in a single lane. Bankovich was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
