
Windsor Man Faces Multiple Sexual Abuse Charges
A Windsor man faces multiple charges in Benton County.
Wagler was originally booked into the Benton County Detention Center Oct. 16, 2023.
A probable cause statement filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol stated that in October 2024, a child victim reported that Wagler had sexually assaulted her on a property located in Pettis County.
And on Friday, Aug, 22, a complaint and probable cause statement was filed in Pettis County by prosecutor Robert Farkas, accusing Wagler of sodomy, rape and child molestation stemming from incidents that occurred in 2012 and 2029.

He now faces three counts of 1st degree statutory sodomy with a person under the age of 14, 1st degree statutory sodomy, aggravated statutory sodomy by deviate sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 14, two counts of child molestation, two counts of incest and 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk.
Wagler is still being held in the Benton County Detention center with no bond.
