Benton County Wreck Sends One Driver to BRHC

A driver from Wichita, KS was sent to Bothwell Regional Health Center with injuries Monday afternoon, following a one-vehicle wreck in Benton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident just after 4:00, on Highway 65 at MO-7.

According to the online crash report, a southbound 2003 Honda was unable to stop in congested traffic. The Honda traveled off the left side of the road, struck a pile of rocks, ejecting the driver.

The driver, Douglas W. Brillhart (age not listed), suffered minor injuries in the wreck. He was taken to BRHC, by Warsaw/Lincoln EMS for treatment.
