Bothwell Regional Health Center is expanding its cancer care operation with the addition of a new doctor.

According to a press release from BRHC, Dr. Houman Nourkeyhani will join the team at the Susan O’Brien Fischer Cancer Center.

Dr. Nourkeyhani is a hematologist/oncologist, specializing in the treatment of blood disorders and cancer, using chemotherapy and other medications.

Bothwell Regional Health Center says that Nourkeyhani is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is board-eligible for certification in medical oncology and hematology.

He graduated from the Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York and a fellowship in hematology/oncology at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute at the University at Buffalo/The State University of New York.

Dr. Nourkeyhani now joins Dr. William Decker and Dr. Matt Triplett, as part of Bothwell’s cancer care team. According to the press release, all three physicians are available to see patients any day of the week.
