Over the next few months, Bothwell Regional Health Center is requesting feedback from the community.

They will be using a survey that will be available until Feb 9th.  This is their triennial Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).

The online survey can be found HERE and if you would prefer a printed copy, all Bothwell clinics will have them including Pettis County Health Center.  All of the responses are confidential and the survey will only take about 10 minutes of your time.  If you are willing to give your email address, you will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card.

If you didn't know, Bothwell is a nonprofit hospital organization.  They are required by IRS tax code, to conduct this survey every 3 years.  What is the goal?  Understand progress in addressing community health needs, and collect current community health perceptions.

This feedback will allow Bothwell to gauge what people in the community see as the most important health issues affecting their communities.  This way they can prioritize health needs of their patients, and address future needs.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey.  Once again you can click HERE and fill it out.
