Bothwell Regional Health Center is letting the public know about all of the programs, services, support groups and all the other things they offer to help make people in Sedalia healthy year round, inside and out.

Providing high-quality, cost-effective and compassionate health care has always been the priority of the staff at Bothwell Regional Health Center. Bothwell, a 140-bed hospital in Sedalia, has served west-central Missouri since 1930. With a staff of more than 900 employees and 100 physicians, they provide a full range of diagnostic, medical and surgical services. These services include cancer care, emergency services, orthopedics, cardiovascular care, neurodiagnostics, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, outpatient services, diagnostic imaging, hospice, home health, medical equipment and community outreach and education.

In support and education, they offer such great things as a smoking cessation support group, a grief support seminar, childbirth education classes, and other workshops that help you get healthier. I got to talk with Stephanie Fraley, the Community Outreach Coordinator, about just some of the things they have to offer and a little taste of what's to come.

So make sure you keep checking on their calendar to keep updated on what's coming next. You never know what you might learn! You can call Stephanie with any of your other questions at 660-827-9138 or email sfraley@brhc.org.

Healthily yours,
Behka
