Bothwell Urology Services has relocated from the Bothwell Healing Arts Center in west Sedalia to 1715 South Lafayette Avenue in the medical complex at 17th and Ingram, south of the hospital.

Bothwell Urology Services opened in November 2015 with urologist Dr. Kerri Barnes. Barnes will continue to provide urology care to patients in both the clinic and hospital settings. In addition to seeing patients in Sedalia, she is an assistant professor of Urology Surgery at KU Medical Center at the University of Kansas, Kansas City. Dr. Barnes earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed her residency at the University of Iowa, Iowa City.

Dr. Steve Foster joined in Bothwell Urology Services in February and sees patients for urology procedures on an as-needed basis at the Bothwell Regional Health Center. Bothwell Urology Services will now be located at the former site of Foster’s private practice.

Dr. Foster has been a urologist in Sedalia for more than 30 years. Dr. Barnes is originally from Higginsville, MO, and her husband operates a farm south of Odessa.

Bothwell Urology Services is relocating to make way for the reopening of the primary care practice Bothwell Family Health on the second floor of the Healing Arts Center at 10th and Winchester in west Sedalia.

“We expect to have physicians in place in the next few weeks to reopen Bothwell Family Health,” said Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Robertson. “We’ll be looking forward to announcing the addition of some new physicians very soon.”
