The Bothwell Regional Health Center Board of Trustees installed 3 new officers this week at its regular board meeting.

According to a press release from BRHC, Larry Foster was installed as board chairman, Dave Floyd as vice chairman, and Cam Jennings as secretary. All three officers will serve a two-year term.

Foster is the owner of Sedalia Stripping Inc. He served as Sedalia’s mayor for two terms from 1982-88 and was presiding commissioner of Pettis County from 1990-94. He served on the city of Sedalia’s first Tourism Board, was appointed by the governor to the first State Fair Commission, and helped launch the Missouri State Fair Foundation in addition to serving on its board of directors. Foster is a member of First Baptist Church.

Floyd was appointed to the BRHC board by former Mayor Elaine Horn in November 2012, after serving as a charter member of the BRHC Foundation and a three-term president of the Foundation board. Floyd retired as a senior manager in the Human Resources Department for Waterloo Industries in Sedalia. He is a member of First Baptist Church in Sedalia.

Jennings is a certified public accountant in Sedalia and has served on many community boards and committees. After graduating from Smith-Cotton High School, Jennings served in the U.S. Navy. He received an associate degree from State Fair Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg. Jennings is a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Sedalia.
