Two-year-old Girl Drowns at Lake of the Ozarks

A two-year-old girl drowned at Lake of the Ozarks Wednesday morning after she wandered away from her home.

The MSHP reports that a two-year-old female wandered away from her home around 10:30 a.m., and was later discovered face up in the water at the 10-mile marker of the Gravois Mills arm.

She was transported to Lake Regional Hospital by Mid-Mo Ambulance and later pronounced deceased at 12:36 p.m., by Dr. Kevin Sidhu.
