Chilhowee Woman Arrested For Drug Offenses
On Feb. 20, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Enforcement Unit and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office and Warrensburg Police Department Joint Special Weapons and Tactics Team, executed a narcotics-related search warrant in the 100 block West Cedar Street, Chilhowee.
During the investigation, Kelly R. Butler, 53, of Chilhowee, was arrested and charged for Trafficking Drugs 2nd Degree, a Class B Felony and Delivery of a Controlled Substance Except 35 grams or less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid, a Class C Felony.
Butler is being held at the Johnson County jail with the bond set at $15,000 cash only.
Missouri Probation and Parole has also issued a no-bond warrant for drug violations.
