Circuit Cases Resolved Through July 7

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from June 21 through July 7.

John R. Dory: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 and 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department for Driving While Revoked and Resisting Arrest.

Robert Lynch: age 46, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections Under 559.115 ITC for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Anastatia Irene Mann: age 23, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 and 10 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Carla Meek: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Resisting Arrest.

Levi Grant Markes: age 31, Houstonia, MO was sentenced to a 4 year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine to run consecutive to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Charles D. Westmoreland: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.

Alexander C. Bradley: age 36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Brian Eugene Tripp: age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 and 6 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Fredrick T. Curry, Jr.: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Michael Davis Russell: age 20, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance  -- Methamphetamine. Mr. Russell was sentenced to an additional 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Earnest L. Brown: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts of Driving While Revoked.
