A Columbia woman has been indicted in connection with a double homicide.

The Columbia Daily Tribune reports that 27-year-old Jennifer Grayson was charged last week in Callaway County with being an accessory to first-degree assault, first-degree burglary and two counts of accessory to first-degree murder.

Her boyfriend, 36-year-old Dale Horton, previously was charged with shooting his mother, Sherry Horton, and his brother-in-law, Joshua Griffith, in April near Fulton. Grayson and Dale Horton also are accused of stealing jewelry, money and a pickup truck.

Court records say Horton admitting to shooting the victims and said Grayson was with him. His trial is scheduled for October.

Grayson and Horton are jailed on $5 million bonds. Grayson's attorney declined comment Wednesday.
